Great results from our coaches in the EMAC 2018 in Madrid

Setting an example for us all, our coaches Rachid Chouhal and Antonella Chouhal performed and delivered in this year’s edition of the European Masters Athletics Championships held in Madrid. Starting off with the first one to medal, Rachid managed to bring home a bronze medal in his category in long jump. He also placed 4th in the 60m final with time of 7.22, just 0.02s slower than his semi-final time which is his season’s best. Rachid also placed 7th in the 200m, missing the final.

Antonella Chouhal also impressed with her bronze medal in her category’s hammer throw. The weather conditions were very harsh, yet she still managed this feat. She also placed 4th in the women’s weight throw final in her category and 4th in the women’s discus throw final in her category.

Well done to both of you, all our athletes are proud to call you their coaches!
